Basic Package
This package is designed to give you a fast, fun, and high-quality photo session without the stress. It's the perfect option for portraits, professional headshots, graduations, birthdays, or a quick creative/brand shoot.
Deluxe Package
This package is designed to give you ultimate flexibility and creative freedom. This option is best for group shoots (couples, friends, families), extensive branding sessions, or anyone wanting a fully loaded, creative experience.
Events
From the big, historic moments to the candid laughs and small details, I will document your event from start to finish. This option is best for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, launch parties, family reunions, or any special celebration.
What to Expect

Before the session
Once you select your package and secure your date with a deposit, the fun begins! We will review your pre-shoot questionnaire to map out your vibe, location, styling references, and any props you are bringing. For indoor shoots, this is also when we will lock in your studio backdrop colors so everything is perfectly prepared before you arrive.

During the session
We will meet at the agreed location or studio space. We’ll take a few minutes to catch up, look over your outfit choices, and set up the lighting or scene. Don’t worry about knowing how to pose—I will guide you through movements and angles naturally to capture your best self. We will move at a comfortable pace to make the most of our shooting time!

After the session
Within 10–14 days of your shoot (and once your final balance is settled), you will receive a curated online proofing gallery of high-quality images. You’ll get to look through the gallery, relive the session, and select your favorite images for final professional editing. Once your selections are made, I’ll deliver your polished, high-resolution final gallery ready to download and share!
FAQ
Do I need to make a deposit to lock in my shoot?
Yes. A non-refundable minimum deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your specific date and time on my calendar. Please note that your final photo gallery will not be released or delivered until your remaining balance is paid in full.
Is there a grace period if I am running late?
I offer a 10-minute grace period for all sessions. If I have another session afterwards, any time missed will be deducted directly from your total shooting time. If 25 minutes pass with no communication, the session will be considered a cancellation, and I will leave the location. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking!
What is your wardrobe policy for sessions?
At TadFlicks, my goal is always to showcase the absolute best, most polished version of my clients! To maintain a professional, high-quality, and timeless standard for my brand portfolio, I enforce a modesty policy. I do not accept bookings or shoot concepts that are overly revealing. If you have any questions about your outfit choices, feel free to send over your outfit ideas prior to the shoot!
When and how will I receive my photos?
You will receive your curated proofing gallery within 10–14 days after your session (provided your balance is paid in full). From there, you will select your favorite images for final professional editing.
What if we need to reschedule due to bad weather?
If the weather doesn't favor an outdoor shoot, we’ll simply reschedule to a better day. Lighting and atmosphere make a huge difference, so we’ll stay in touch and find a new date that works for both of us!
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time to be eligible for a refund of any balance paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
